This community generally offers a positive living experience, with many residents appreciating the spacious, well-maintained apartments featuring updated appliances and convenient amenities like a pool and gym. The staff are frequently commended for being friendly, helpful, and responsive, often going above and beyond to assist residents and organize engaging community events. However, some residents have raised concerns about inconsistent valet trash service, occasional issues with cleanliness in common areas, and a perceived lack of adequate security, with reports of package and car-related theft.

Since the big freeze amd loosing all our water pipes we have been at 2200. They keep the place up well. The speed on maintenance needs is timely. We have been here for more than 3 years and have been very satisfied.

This apartment complex is ran by a company, Greystar, which will do its very best to squeeze every dollar out of you without doing anything for the tenants. When I was handed the keys to my unit, I expected it to be clean and ready to go, luckily I had delayed my move-in and when I walked the unit, I found cat feces, hair and damage all over the unit. The carpets were dirty and the floors were sticky. I made a comment to the front office and nothing was done except wiping the counters. Now that I've moved out, they had the audacity of charging me for damages I didnt do, saying I damaged the stove counter top and that it needed resurfacing. Also, if you get an apartment that faces the pool, goodluck. Huge parties until late during weekdays and weekends during the summer and during my lease, a car got burned down, some cars got broken into, a car got left on bricks, someone got shot in a unit and the smell of weed was persistent.

Do not rent here please they just feed you lies…. at first everything was good then all these rules started changing getting really strict you can’t even do nothing in the pool area I mean that’s what it’s for and they want to charge 500 dollar fee for everything….. now I see why a lot of people be moving out…. what they need to do is work on having the hallways clean and stairs which been dirty for the longest…. they also need to worry about is putting security at night someone’s car was on bricks just the other night you can never find a parking at night….also there’s always random people in their cars smoking weed I can’t even feel safe in my own community I will be leaving soon!!!!! Now I see why everyone doesn’t really use the amenities because any little mistake they want to charge 500 dollar fee and a final eviction notice it’s ridiculous!!!

Just moved into my new apartment and I’m really happy with how everything went. The whole process was easy and not stressful at all. Kacee and Kingsley were super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. My unit was clean and ready when I got there. Overall, they made the move-in feel simple and welcoming! I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
