Excellent staff, Fiona was very efficient, thorough, and helpful. The experience was so much better than other apartments we've worked with in the past. Property is very well maintained as well.

Laura as a manager is so attentive and kind, I have no words to express how good they made me feel in the process to get my apartment with them, they are efficient and very attentive, they help me to get my services( energy/ internet) and they provide with all you need to know and answer all yours questions in a way that you feel welcome and acknowledge, the whole process went smoothly, thank you Fiona and Laura

It’s a quaint small(ish) apartment complex with a pool that you wouldn’t even look at twice from the outside. What unique is that it’s managed by the same company that manages 230 and so you get access to all the amenities of 230 as well which is nice.

Upon leaving the apartments I can honestly say that have a genuine rapport & relationship with the tenants that live there. I always felt heard & was always communicated with regarding any issues I had. Some issues I just fixed on my own if they were minuscule but the big problems were ultimately handled in a decent fashion. Ultimately it's not a bad apartment, you're near the city and a busy street area so there's gonna be a bit of traffic & some noise but that is to be expected. Besides that though I'd say the complex is on the come up & overall a cool place to stay if you need somewhere not too far from the city & for a not so bad price.

I lived here for two years and move out at the end of this month. It started great, it was clean and in a great area. Unfortunately, for the past 9 months or so things have gone downhill dramatically. There is a massive roach problem (I'm 99% sure we had a German roach infestation), an opossum lived on my front porch for a while according to my neighbors, and rats would hang out on the windowsill outside my bathroom (since it looked out over a field that was never maintained properly). I really liked these apartments for a while, but they have been a mess for a while. Other than the pest problems, the neighbors are great, the location is fantastic, and the apartments themselves are very nice.
