1112 Welch Apartments

The Artist Loft is indescribably wonderful. It felt like my own little magical haven and I’m jealous of whoever (whomever?) will be living there. Please take care of it for me, and if you like orchids, that place is orchid heaven! Mine bloomed year round. If I could help it, I’d live there forever. Most important, Jonathan and David are incredible. Not only are they the best landlords I’ve ever had, (and I’ve had a lot) they’re just good people in general and fun to be around. David is so quick to make repairs that I swear they’re fixed before they even break. I’m tellin’ ya, this place is magical! Thank you David and Jonathan for everything, and tell Mario he’s always my #1 guy, no matter what (and that I love him and miss him forever 😘) P.S. Don’t tell him about Gus! I’ve moved/rented a lot in the last decade and David and Jonathan were by far the best landlords I had ever had! They were extremely responsive, respectful, and friendly. If I ever had an issue they were on it fast! I was here for 5 years. I moved out of state and can only hope my future landlords are as wonderful. I also really enjoyed the security cameras they have throughout the property, which made me feel safe and came in handy if there were ever any package delivery issues. Would recommend this location to anyone seeking a safe location in the heart of Montrose!

Lived in the one bedroom apartment for 6 years. Moved out due to marriage and into spouse's house. If that didn't happen I'd still be living here! David and Jon the landlords are awesome! They are not only charitable neighbors, but they prioritize maintenance and respond immediately to any issue. They continuously seek ways to improve the space. The apartment is safe and spacious for your living needs and I was always happy to come home. It is also in a prime location. It is walking distance to montrose/westheimer, midtown, and Buffalo Bayou. You will love living at 1112 Welch Apartments!
