This place is nice and affordable. It’s come with a washer and dryer. And it’s close to my kids school. Mrs Dnetra is so sweet!

This place is not same since Mrs D has left whatever y’all do please get her back she would never have the property looking like this people are moving outta here left and right the minute they found out she was gone new owner are never on the property and never answer the phone I will not be renewing unless Mrs D returns Signed disappointed

I had a wonderful experience with Ms.D throughout applying to getting my keys! She was very helpful and answered any all questions I had. I’ve never had a rental process go so smoothly & I am so thankful for her kindness and quickness.

This place was the absolute worst!!!!!!!!!! You can never get in contact with the office manager and there’s no office on site I lived there two years and my apartment was sprayed only once. The roaches are out of control when I moved in I saw a few but I figured over time it would get better it was okay for the first year then they slowly but surely began to take over . My lease had been over for months and me more the property knew . Washer and dryer never worked there’s mold everywhere when she shows you the apartment PAY ATTENTION it’s there and the wall was stat to soften and break apart.0 out of 10 I do not recommend. But it is quiet and a safe environment
