I love where I live and I can’t begin to say enough of how amazing Jasmine and Danae have been in assisting me during the government shut down as well as my job relocations. I love all of the amenities here I have never had a problem with maintenance. They’ve always called me and scheduled the same day. You have everything you need in one place, the gym, the pool; I even have family that also lives 5 units away. So we love being able to walk to visit but still live in separate homes. We love the clubhouse and having family dinners and birthdays there. It’s so peaceful here.

Great overall experience when it came to getting into the apartments. The staff is super helpful, Oriana helped my family and got us in super quickly and diligently. She was great in answering our questions and helping however we needed it. I’d give 10 stars if I could!! I’d recommend Birdsong to anyone looking for nice places to stay in San Antonio.

My car was stolen from property and management has not reached out to be helpful in any kind of way. We asked if we would be able to review camera footage and they said they do not have cameras. Very disappointing considering how much you pay for rent here. I do not recommend living here.

My truck got broken into and they vandalized it and stole a car also from property. Front office didn’t care couldn’t even get footage for us because they only have one camera in the front and supposedly too grainy. If you like your car or like living in peace don’t come here, no security or anything

Love this property so much! Moved in a few months ago and it immediately felt like home. Maintenance is so helpful and super quick to respond! Community is quiet. Staff is always helpful. All the amenities are so clean and well kept- love the gym! So glad I made the decision to move here! Update- I’ve been at this property for 8 months now and still love it here. I haven’t had any issues. Maintenance always comes same day when tickets are entered. Staff is always responsive. The entire property is clean and well maintained. You won’t regret moving here!
