It’s a good experience so far. I haven’t had any problems. I am bothered about the “smart home” thingy though. But that’s a personal issue. Otherwise, not bad. On another note, we really like it out here. It’s peaceful. The neighbors are nice, the staff is pleasant. The hoa dues are very reasonable the home we are in is nice, spacious. The Marvida staff is responsive to our requests. I mean I don’t have anything negative to say about this neighborhood or the homes nor our experience. Marvida be on it now.

My family of 3 have been living in the Willow at Marvida for one year and we recently renewed our lease. We love it because there are other children in the neighborhood that our child can go and play with. We value that 90s and early 2000s life when kids can go out and play safely and that’s something you feel here. Living in the Willow means we are located close to The Island (community center, gym, pool, park). It’s worth every penny living in this community.

I really enjoyed this self guided tour. The process was easy, smooth, and stress free from start to finish. I loved being able to take my time walking through the home, really looking at the details, layout, and flow without feeling rushed or pressured. The house itself was beautiful, well maintained, and felt very welcoming. Being able to explore at my own pace helped me truly picture how the space could work for my lifestyle. Overall, this was a great experience and definitely made a strong impression on me.

Living at Willow at Marvida has been a great experience! I absolutely love my house — it’s beautiful and comfortable. The service here is excellent; anytime I need something, the team, specially Joaquin, handles it very quickly and efficiently. They always take care of things immediately, which makes living here even better. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to randomly express my gratitude with everything. I’ve had a positive experience with management since the beginning, with Omar especially. Maintenance is great, probably the best maintenance team I’ve ever had. Issues get resolved in a timely manner, if not same day. I appreciate everyone for making this living experience comfortable and smooth.
