Iv been contacting corporate view of mail and phone no response: I had to call the cops . This is not a recommend place to live at all. If I had know what I know I would be never move here

Must Read Review about Veranda Dellbrook and Their Management Update : This is the only review they haven't responded to and since posting this - they "magically" got 3 positive reviews in one day. In their history of reviews they've never had 3 in one day and certainly not 3 positive ones. One of which is just a one word review. Highly doubtful these new reviews are real and just management having someone post them. As other reviews have stated previously they try and get people to write good reviews. Not fooling anyone with this tactic. THE MOST IMPORTANT REVIEW YOU'LL READ ABOUT THIS PLACE !!!! UNFORTUNATELY YOU CANT GIVE ZERO STARS Do not move here, If you read the MULTIPLE negative reviews and still aren't convinced about how horrible this place is , go ahead and take a tour you'll see why . PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIDING ITS MOLDED AND MOST NOTICEABLE ON THE UNITS PAINTED WHITE, PAY ATTENTION TO THE COMMON AREAS MULTIPLE TREES ARE DEAD AND LANDSCAPING IS MISSING OR DEAD IN FRONT OF MANY OF THE UNITS, PAY ATTENTION TO THE DOG PARK THAT IS FULL OF FECES DAILY, PAY ATTENTION TO THE DUMPSTER AREAS THAT OVERFLOW ON A WEEKLY BASIS, PAY ATTENTION TO THE GYM THAT IS NOT MAINTAINED AND CLEANED BY STAFF, THEY ARE RELYING ON RESIDENTS TO CLEAN AFTER THEMSELVES OR WIPE DOWN EQUIPMENT BUT AS MOST PEOPLE KNOW THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN. ALSO I ENCOURAGE YOU TO VISIT AT NIGHT SO YOU CAN WITNESS THE LACK OF LIGHTING AROUND THE COMPLEX - IT IS EXTREMELY DARK WALKING TO YOUR CAR OR THROUGH ANY ALLEYWAYS WITHIN THE BUILDINGS AND THEY OFFER ZERO ON SITE SECURITY. I REQUESTED THROUGH PUBLIC RECORDS A "CALLS FOR SERVICE RECORD" FOR THE LOCATION DURING THE PERIODS I LIVED THERE AND THERE WERE MULTIPLE REPORTS OF CARS STOLEN, AND BREAK INS, AMONG OTHER CALLS , I IMPLORE YOU TO DO THE SAME BEFORE MOVING HERE. They charge multiple fees after you move in that are not disclosed when you sign your lease and they hide it under "amendments" even though mine were not filled in or signed, they will not answer your emails but they are quick to respond to reviews. Texas is a one party consent state so I encourage you to record everything when dealing with this place especially management because trust me you're going to need it. I have reached out to Texas Attorney General, HUD, TPUC and other resources regarding their business practices.
