Well, after a year of living here, I've noticed many good things about the management and the facilities. The administrative staff have always been helpful with needs and unexpected issues, and the maintenance services are carried out on time, which makes you feel heard and cared for by the community. Regarding the facilities, something very important to me is that I've been living here for a year and haven't seen a single roach in my unit, there's no vandalism, and it's a very peaceful place… thanks to that and much more, I was able to renew my lease… Thanks

I’ve had a great experience at The Standard at Cypress Creek thanks to Mirian Sanchez. She’s attentive, respectful, and handles situations with urgency and professionalism. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she made sure everything was taken care of. She’s a great example of what a manager should be. Highly recommend!

We have been at the apartment complex for almost a full year. We love the apartment itself, and the staff has been absolutely amazing. They are quick to respond to issues and maintenance has never disappointed. I see other complaints about the gates, and car break ins. The leasing office is always quick to fix any gate issues. It would help if people did not try to enter through the wrong gates and ram them, the staff are not to blame. Anytime I have mentioned an issue with the scanner or gate, they were already on it and sending notice for repairs. They always keep us up to date on everything and anything. As far as car thefts; this is border of Houston. It happens everywhere 10x worse than here. Leasing tells you to keep your cars locked and any valuables out of the car. We keep a camera facing our vehicles at all times and have NEVER had an issue. They do have cameras. This has been a great first apartment for us. Highly recommended, do not let the very few negative reviews scare you off.

I’ve lived here since February, and everything—from the move-in process to handling any issues in the apartment—has been incredibly smooth. All the ladies in the office have been phenomenal. I can’t say enough positive things about them. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. It's truly made me feel at home. No matter how big or small the concern, I always feel comfortable reaching out. I am also very grateful to maintenance here, Jesus in particular has always been extremely comunitive and quick to respond to any problems I have had. Its made living here stress free. Living here has been a great experience, and between the ladies in the front and fast responding maintenance, it has made it a thousand times better. You can genuinely tell how much they loves their job by the effort and care that is put into helping everyone that walks through the doors. Thank you again, for your hard work, kindness, and understanding. It means so much!

Tatiana was an amazing host. She was friendly, easy to talk to, spoke clearly and went out of her way to answer all of my questions. Tatiana was thorough and even showed me the apartment a second time so I could take some pictures. The apartment itself was also lovely. Tatiana is an excellent face for your company. Thank you.
