This property is a well managed and welcoming environment. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt comfortable and confident in the level of care and professionalism provided by the staff. The atmosphere is peaceful, and it’s clear that management takes pride in maintaining the community. I recently experienced a small emergency in my unit, and the maintenance team was extremely efficient in communicating with me and working quickly to resolve the situation. Their responsiveness and sense of urgency truly made a stressful moment much easier to handle. I especially want to recognize Mr. Jesse, the Maintenance Supervisor. He kept me informed every step of the way, provided clear updates, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. He was also very accommodating and respectful of my schedule while work was being completed in my unit. Overall, I’m very grateful for the professionalism, communication, and care shown by the entire team. It’s reassuring to know that residents are genuinely valued and supported here. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a community that is both welcoming and well maintained.

Glenda and the team are fantastic. From top to bottom they are doing a great job. The office staff is always helpful and upbeat. The maintenance crews are always working hard and doing a great job. All the improvements on the property taking place are amazing! All the residents I speak with have nothing but great things to say. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU for doing such a great job!

Since the management change to The Morgan Group and Glenda Farley, this property has gone from neglected to renewed and transformed. Glenda is an outstanding property manager who is very hands on and cares very much about the property and the residents here. She has done more in 4 months than the previous management company did in two years. Glenda is amazing, I cannot say enough about her and the existing team she has in place now. I highly recommend Lakeside Row as this is the only property in Bridgeland with residences with garages that border the trails and Josey Lake. It's beautiful and now thanks to Glenda, it's also well maintained. Highly recommend.

I truly enjoy living at this community and am grateful to call it home. A special thank-you to Glenda, who has consistently been incredibly resourceful, kind, and respectful. Her professionalism and genuine care make such a difference, and it never goes unnoticed. I’ve also been impressed by the continuous investments being made to improve the common areas and surrounding spaces. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort are going into creating a more welcoming, beautiful, and enjoyable environment for residents. I’m genuinely happy to be here and very much looking forward to all that’s still to come. Thank you for fostering a community that feels cared for and valued.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this apartment complex. When they were trying to secure my business, everything seemed fine. I put down a deposit to hold an apartment so I could lock in the rent price, since the rent here seems to increase every single month. In October, I informed them that I would not be moving forward with the lease. It is now well past that point, and I still have not received my deposit refund. I’ve been calling every week for updates. Two weeks ago, I was told to contact Greystar; but they couldn’t provide any contact information, so I had to look it up myself. I was also told the property manager would follow up with me, yet I’ve received no call, no update, and no explanation. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. After months of waiting, I’m still without my refund and without any clear answers. This has been a beyond ridiculous experience.
