Myrna -I have lived at Cypress Creek for 4 years - I have lived in a few units upsizing and downsizing as my family dynamics have changed in Myrna not only has been a great leasing agent from day one but she’s always made my processes seamless. She is the best! I always enjoy seeing her smiling face. She’s very knowledgeable of the property. She always has an answer for any issues that arise or any inquiries.Very intentional and compassionate customer service ! I’m surprised she is not manager by now!!!- (no shade to current manager she is great also) It would absolutely be fitting— but I understand she is good at what she does so I wouldn’t want to lose her in this position either. Lol Thank you Myrna for your consistent hard work and dedication to this property and the tenants!

I’m from Nj and am relocating to Houston. This apartment was one of the biggest I’ve seen. I liked the option for a self guided tour. It allowed me to take my time and explore. I saw two apartments 1723 and 1727. Both apartments were clean and very spacious compared to others I’ve seen. Big balconies and tubs. I appreciate the large kitchens and living room area. However the bedrooms are a bit smaller than in NJ. Apartment 1727 however was not as clean as there were many flies inside, dead and living as if the apartment was just fumigated which was a red flag.

Read my review carefully. Usually I do not leave reviews but this apt is one of the worst. They will welcome you with big smile but after you sign that contract it is your nightmare. They will charge you left and right for things you do not need or things that you can do yourself. $180 just for xfinity wifi and trash that is mandatory. Once you leave them even if you left the apt flawless they will figure something to charge you $1000-$1500 so expect big bill after you leave. All they care about is money. The gym in phase 1 is laterally trash I told them many times to change the water filter to fix the machines and they ignored me. The only good thing in this apartment complex is the maintaining stuff they always on point. The pool in both phases are closed most of the time. RUN BEFORE YOU SIGN

New to this area of the suburbs of Houston, and may I say that Camden Cypress Creek is the best complex you can visit and reside at across 290. From the friendly staff, to the walk-through and process of application, everything is easy. Special thanks to Mirna, who helped me find a new home in the complex. I have lived here for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it!

In the short time I have lived here, I must say this is the very best I have ever resided. The whole staff is very professional and courteous. The areas are always neat and clean. In the event if there is a situation after hours, when called upon, the staff responds quickly on the phone. Thank you for all the efforts, sincerely apt 527
