Moving here has been such a blessing for me and my son. From the very beginning, the staff has treated us with kindness, patience, and real care—something that’s hard to find these days. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and supported during a time of big changes in our lives, and I will always be grateful for that. My son absolutely loves the nature around us, the open areas where he can run and play, and of course, the pool. Special thanks to Emily, Jessica, and Alicia for their A1 hospitality, always welcoming us with a smile and making everything feel easier. And a big thank you to the maintenance team, Christian, Manuel, and Jorge, for their efficiency, patience, and willingness to help every single time. Their work and attitude make a huge difference.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE AVENUES AT CYPRESS! Best apartment community I’ve ever lived in maintenance is fast and reliable, community is kept up very well, office ladies are sweet and always professional! 10/10 for me.

If you are looking for an apartment with enough space, privacy, security and good amenities and with first-class costumer services. this is your place. I lived here for 4 years and I have no complaints. They were always attentive with good communication. The girls in the office always helped me with any questions. The maintenance guys are super efficient, always with a good attitude and responsible. Above all, Brian Garcia always helping to solve any problem I had in my apartment. My family is grateful and pleased with these 4 years living there. My only recommendation is install a more advanced gate opening system. many times my phone didn't work with this one. and update a little be fitness center machines. Thanks for everything keep the good work and taking care of all the family you are going to have here beginning a new life.❤️
