I agree with the post on the pool parties and unsupervised children that roam However I want to complaint on the barking dog all night long. They keep him on the balcony all night and he cries.

I do not recommend unless that correct these issues. Overall, the apartment community is well-maintained, clean, and has many positive qualities. However, there are several ongoing concerns that I believe management should address to improve safety, quality of life, and respect for all residents. Areas of Concern Children Playing Around Residents' Doors Children from other buildings frequently come to Buildings 1–3 and play hide-and-seek around residents' doorways and hallways. Building 1-3 are very quiet and have many elderly tenants there. This is very disrespectful. Kids often gather outside these apartment doors, knock on doors, make excessive noise, and hide in areas such as trash enclosure spaces. We can't even go down the steps without crawling over children that do not live in our building. This activity can be disruptive and creates unnecessary disturbances for residents who are working from home, resting, or caring for family members. Safety Concerns Children roaming through multiple buildings without supervision presents safety risks. To set your child free to roam a complex and create noise is rude to others. On several occasions, children have been observed playing hide-and-seek around parked vehicles. Recently, two boys crawled underneath a Ford F-250 truck while playing. Regardless of intent, this is extremely dangerous and could result in serious injury. There are designated play areas available, which would provide a safer environment for children's activities. Impact on Residents Excessive noise in hallways and around apartment doors affects residents' ability to rest and enjoy their homes peacefully. Elderly residents and those who work nontraditional hours may be especially impacted. Some residents have personal safety concerns that make unexpected noise, knocking, or activity near their doors particularly stressful. Need for Parental Supervision Parents should ensure that children are supervised and remain in appropriate common areas. Allowing children to roam throughout buildings far from their own residence can create disturbances for other residents and increase safety risks. Pool Area Concerns Open alcohol consumption and loud gatherings around the pool have become a recurring issue, particularly on weekends when the leasing office is closed. The pool area is often crowded with large groups of children, sometimes with little or no visible adult supervision. A child reportedly experienced a near-drowning incident this past weekend, highlighting the importance of increased supervision and enforcement of pool rules. Stronger monitoring and enforcement of community policies could help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Recommendation The property itself is attractive, clean, and generally pleasant to live in. However, I encourage management to consider: Enforcing quiet-hour and noise policies. Increasing expectations for parental supervision. Encouraging use of designated play areas. Addressing unsafe play around vehicles and apartment buildings. Monitoring pool activities more closely, especially on weekends. Enforcing community rules regarding alcohol consumption and resident conduct in common areas. These improvements would help create a safer, quieter, and more comfortable living environment for working residents, families, and elderly community members alike. Overall: The apartments and grounds are nice and well-kept, but stronger enforcement of safety, supervision, and noise policies would greatly improve the community experience. Once these changes are corrected or an email sent out to residents, I will update my post. I did not leave my name because I do not want any issues with residents. We must do better.
