Waters Edge at Mansfield

From the moment I stepped on the property and did a tour with Meredith I was blown away how beautiful these apartments were. From the lazy river to the beautiful gym I knew I wanted this to be home. I was approved less than 48 hrs and got my keys. I had a few minor issues in the unit but they fixed those right away. Waters Edge is definitely the place to be and might be one of the best places to live in DFW area imo!

I recently moved here back in November and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s truly the apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! It is so peaceful and my neighbors are friendly. The ladies in the leasing office: Liz, Sarah, Genesis are 10/10!! They are the bomb.com so if you’re thinking about moving here do it! You won’t regret it.

Visited and toured the community on 12/17/2025. Met with Lizbeth and was shown what I believe is one of the finest properties in the Grand Prairie area. The professionalism shown gives me great confidence that this will be my next home should I relocate.

Living at Waters Edge Mansfield has been a wonderful experience. From my tour with Genesis to receiving my keys, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I absolutely love my apartment and appreciate the friendly, peaceful atmosphere. My kids and I have attended two events in the clubhouse: a Halloween costume party and a holiday party; and we had an amazing time. There was food, drinks, s’mores, and games for both kids and adults. I truly love living here. The staff is incredible, my apartment is perfect, and I’m so glad I decided to tour despite initially hesitating because of a negative review. Touring here was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Genesis is amazing and a pleasure to work with. My experience with her, along with how much I loved the apartment, is what ultimately led me to choose Waters Edge. It was the eighth apartment I toured that day, and it stood out above the rest.

I recently moved into this apartment community and honestly, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, Sara and Meredith made me feel completely welcomed. They’re both incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring — the kind of people who take the stress out of moving and turn it into something smooth and positive. They answered every question, kept me updated, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they really love what they do, and it shows in how they treat residents. The entire staff has been great, but Sara and Meredith definitely deserve a special shout-out for going above and beyond. If you’re looking for a community with great people and a great environment, this is definitely the place. I’m truly grateful for how they helped make my move-in experience so easy and welcoming.
