I stopped in to tour this property as a potential future home, and as soon as I entered the model, Shawna was welcoming and professional—something that unfortunately isn’t always common these days. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient, and she brought a warm presence that made the tour much more enjoyable. After the tour, I still had a few questions, and she took the time to make sure I received clear and helpful answers. Once I left the property, I immediately applied for a unit. Shawna walked me through the process and continued to provide exceptional service every step of the way. I truly appreciate the great experience. 10/10

Beautiful property !! My friend lives here and they are so nice. I stopped by the model when leaving to ask a general question and Natalie was so helpful and sweet.

The Condos here are beautiful and big, my friend has the 4 bedroom, it is awesome, the only bad thing, I am no fun of the stairs

Kelsey is exceptional at what she does and takes the time to guide her clients through every step of the process, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed when making their decision! The townhomes have such a fun and uniquely designed layout that we couldn’t pass them up. The combination of a large third-floor bonus room which connects to an expansive rooftop patio creates the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living, which is harder to find in the Dallas area. Along with the high-end finishes throughout, these homes easily stand out from others in the market. Highly recommend checking them out!
