Leasing office/management has been consistently unresponsive to ongoing noise and neighbor issues. For months, the resident below us has repeatedly opened and closed his garage door throughout the day (often 6–8 times per hour) and frequently works on cars outside our windows. We reported it, were offered a small credit, and were told it would be addressed, but the disruption continued. We’ve also reported our upstairs neighbors multiple times for late-night noise (music/party-level sound clearly audible through the ceiling) and frequent loud slamming during the day well above normal apartment noise. We additionally dealt with strong marijuana odor seeping into our living room from a nearby unit. The only solution offered was charcoal buckets in the vents and “reaching out to them,” which did not resolve the issue. The smell only stopped after that resident appeared to move out recently. The apartment itself is a decent space, but the repeated disturbances and lack of effective follow-through have made it difficult to relax and feel that the lease’s “quiet enjoyment” is being protected. I lived in college dorms and shared housing with less ongoing disruption than here. I’d strongly weigh your options before moving in.

"I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, and committed to the highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well-constructed. The quiet neighborhood and sense of security make it a perfect home. Highly recommend Quadrangles for your next home."

I have only lived here for four months but I have never had any major issues. I would like to commend the Maintenence Team. I've had a few fixing task here and there but they are ALWAYS prompt and complete the task. Today alone they replace my entire HVAC unit while I was at work. I came in on the end and Maintenence Man (Renzo) did an exceptional job and customer service was A1.

My experience living at The Quadrangles on Twenty During my lease , I experienced multiple serious safety and security issues, including: • My car being vandalized and broken into • Mail theft • My apartment being broken into without forced entry, and personal items, including a safe containing my savings, being stolen Despite notifying management, I feel that the response and follow-up were insufficient to address residents’ safety concerns. I have documented these incidents and am now in the process of trying to end my lease early due to these ongoing issues. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can ask the right questions if considering moving here. This is purely based on my personal experience.

This place is a joke and I would not move here. To start with, there is never anyone who answers the phone. If you need anything, you will need to take time to talk to the front office. With that said, the staff is horribly rude, especially the Assistant manager. I would recommend speaking with Sierra. I lived there for two years and the elevators were constantly broken. At one point, it took them over six months to fix one of the elevators. The pool is always filthy, and the surrounding walkways are always filled with dog feces. I can say that the apartment was decent enough, but they do have an ant problem. I left recently, and there were still ants in the apartment, which was a problem for over six months. Overall, don’t waste your money and live somewhere else. The price isn’t worth the property.
