Nice are very quite

this apartment complex is terrible, they are disrespectful to guests and owners, my husband has recently leased for an apartment and they are very disrespectful. i have recently moved in 2-3 weeks ago and had heard the apartment owners being absolutely outrageous disrespectful to the children and guests. this apartment is terrible place to live the hallways have dirty carpets. it smells horrible. the elevator are barely functioning the lights for the buttons barely light up and they have a huge flea infestation.

So far, so good. The staff here are so patient, professional, and helpful. They put up with my 99 questions and have a healthy sense of humor. This is important. True story: While moving in, I tried to prop the door open so that the movers on the moving truck can get in and out, but some random male resident approached me and said in his limited English, "No. We don't do that!". I then explained that I was moving in and pointed to the moving truck that was at the door, then he said, "Okay" (as if he owned the place or worked security here). Lol! I didn't get offended. In fact, I was very impressed with this becuase it shows that even the residents are involved in looking out for our safety. During my time here, I've noticed how diverse, nice, and considerate most other residents are compared to most other rental properties. These people, no matter their age or other classes, are really decent people! That's so refreshing. No place is perfect. I've had to knock on a door or leave a note to a couple of residents becuse of unusual noise disturbance, but they quickly took care of it without a fuss or retaliation, and it was GREAT. Another thing I like about this property is that it a business that helps those with certain dieases and diagnosis get housing while they are seeking treatment. What a good concept!!! I feel like I'm not only just paying bills to maintain housing, but I'm a part of something good and decent and I'm giving back to the community and future. I really hope that this experience remains the same or better. I don't expect perfection but this is how housing used to be before 20-25 years ago here before the motive and services of housing all over became predatory, all about profits, stereotyping, criminalizing, not giving a care about renters, and not thinking that renters deserve a healthy, safe, decent, and peaceful living environment like homeowners do. We all need each other no matter if we are renters, homeowners, staff, owners, management companies, visitors, or whatever. Our lives affect one another because we not only provide and receive housing services between one another but we also provide services in the community, (i.e. jobs, businesses, recreational activity, etc.) in order to keep the community, city, county, state, and country progressing, safe, and pleasant to be in. Your renter could be your mechanic, childcare worker, teacher, soldier, voting poll worker, law enforcement, casheir, farm worker, truck driver and delivery driver for various products you need, a coach on your child's team, your healthcare worker, your mental health care worker, municipal worker, landscaper, garbage remover, dental assisstant, or anybody now or later no matter who you are. So, when there is abuse, retaliation, hate, and trying to ruin each other, it comes back on us in many ways, even affecting our our health, loved-ones, finances, employment, peach of mind, relationships, legal situations, and prayers. In other words, it's not worth it to be mean, spiteful, hateful, or disrespectul as a resident, staff, owner, management, neighbor, or employee in the community because life is full circle. We affect each other and vice versa, so be kind, fair, and decent. God bless, The Gibson!

Sharing now that I'm a few months removed from being a tenant. BIG SHOUTOUT to Kassie for being the best property manager I could ask for. She was always so efficient and made your problems hers. They definitely need more people on Maintenance and pest control could be better (with me finding a few tiny roaches in my unit even though I was the first occupying tenant). The rest of the staff (including Taylor) was so cool to me. They even helped me with the appliances for my Housewarming party. They really made my first apartment experience one to remember.

Apartments are very nice, and the new manager is making good improvements overall . The complex is cleaner than ever and costumer service has gotten much better. I recommend it here !!
