Prairie Ranch has been my home for about 6 years. I can honestly say this was the best move for me! Issues get addressed at a timely manner! I’ve had no problems with other residents! The manager is AMAZING! She listens and understands and does her best to accommodate you! This will be my home until I find my forever home! Proud to be a resident!

The Assistant Manager was Tameka and she was amazing she helped me every step of the way and was kind and patient , she kept me updated, I’m just now moving into my apartment and the unit is so nice and well kept ! brand new appliances if you are looking for a new place to call home ask to speak with her (ms. Tameka) or ms. Tressa the ladies in the office a total gems

I wish i have more than 5 stars to give Tameka, i can't express enough how happy iam . Thank you so much for your efforts and time you gave me during my application process to until i got approval for my apartment. You really made things very easy and smooth for me . Tameka is very respectful, gentle, calm and patient enough to carry things along with you. She is always ready to sacrifice her time to make sure things are fixed well for you and get approval. I highly recommend her to anyone who want to apply at grand prairie apartment . Thank you Tameka once again for all your help and time.

We have been here for about seven months and the experience has been amazing! Mrs. Tressa and everyone else at the front are so helpful, friendly and always available. They also offer great resources for the community, especially if you have kids. Maintenance usually answers request by the next day. They are so fast and friendly. These are the quietest apartments Me and my husband have ever lived in. We are hoping to live here as long as possible with the great management, quiet complex and unbeatable rates. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking.

When I tell you this Apartment Manager dont play behind her property and tenants. I put a request in for my A/C and less than 2hours the maintenance man was here. And it's also good to see her walk the property in her pretty green. Just to make sure everything is in place. I really feel safe here. Thank you so much. You Would never know she runs 2 properties.
