Landings of Carrier Parkway

We were very happy to have chosen Landings to be our future home !! The community is very clean and well kept! Latoya made applying very easy answered all our questions and concerns. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming!

Latoya Mitchell is very nice and such a sweet person. She explained clearly how much I would pay in rent while deciding on moving in and broke everything down into great detail. I didn’t leave with any questions—everything was explained thoroughly.

I’ve been living here for about eight months, and this has truly been the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in! From management to maintenance, everyone is kind, considerate, and genuinely cares about the residents. I love the community events and all the amenities — everything is always well taken care of. Although the maintenance team stays extremely busy, they do a great job communicating and taking care of the residents. I often see them running back and forth throughout the day, and there have been times when I walk my dogs late at night and they’re just barely leaving — that’s real dedication right there! The recent one-star review is absolutely not true. Like I mentioned, the team here works hard and truly cares about the community. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you — this is a great place to live. Can’t wait for the next community event!!

I’ve lived here for only three months, and the experience has been terrible. The first apartment they gave me had foundation problems, and I had to move again. The new unit has many issues — a water leak in the main bathroom (over a month with no repair), a broken toilet, clogged kitchen pipes, and even electrical problems. I’ve been waiting for weeks with no real response. They close maintenance requests without fixing anything. The manager, Tonya, was extremely disrespectful and even called me a liar — completely unacceptable. This has caused me emotional stress and frustration. I have all the proof of the unresolved issues. Poor management, zero professionalism, and no respect for residents.

This a very safe , elegant, and healthy place. Everything here is up kept and clean. I recently visited a family member here and we played volleyball and afterwards went to the pool which is clear as glass. Office staff was very polite with warm smiles , remember this one lady in the office who was someone that left a great impression on me and my husband we’ll probably reconsider renewing our lease. If available we will be moving in here ❤️
