MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. Be prepared for a lot of fees, especially when moving out. In my experience, they looked for every possible reason to add more charges to my account. Document every interaction with the leasing office. Save every email, payment confirmation, notice, and screenshot. In my experience, when the office made mistakes, I felt they tried to turn the situation around and place the blame on me instead of taking responsibility. Many of my emails also went unanswered. The community itself also had issues that affected my experience. I noticed concerns with cleanliness and pet management, including pet waste not always being picked up and some residents bringing pets into the pool area without being properly restrained. I also had concerns about possible drug activity among some neighbors, which affected my comfort level living here. If you decide to rent here, keep detailed records from day one. Communicate everything in writing and protect yourself, because those records may be the only thing that helps you if a dispute arises.

I want to place on record my negative experience with the service at these apartments. When I went to ask about the air conditioning, Lupe’s attitude was extremely rude, arrogant, and volatile. She ignored me while I was speaking to her because she was busy checking her cell phone. Anyone working in a customer service office should be polite and professional. Furthermore, the A/C issues remain unresolved because the maintenance staff seems to lack the necessary expertise to fix the problem. I do not recommend these apartments due to the lack of professional ethics, Lupe’s terrible service, and the poor condition of the facilities.

I currently live in building 10 and the breeze way lights are out and have been for 3 weeks now. It is unsafe for those of us who work late. I talk spoke with 2 different people in the office about this issue and all they can say is, the lights are serviced by an outside vendor and not sure when they will be fixed. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!! So if you plan on moving here and looking at apartments in building 10 DON'T DO IT. Come at night and you will see what I am talking about. My next step is to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.

My husband and I live at this location for our full contract. At move out we clean everything walls, windows, vacuumed. The leasing agent walked the apartment and said everything looked great and we should expect our deposit. She inquired about our dining room table(from the start of the walk through) and we told her she could have it she was very interested in it. Afterwards we received a bill for our water and a carpet cleaning fee. We only had two rooms and light wear on the carpet, but they changed us $175 to have it cleaned. Our water at move out was around $300 outrages!! We contacted the office and they sent out an estimate for the floors no proof of the floors needing more than usual cleaning. We keep getting the same lady for communication we have sent numerous emails and that’s the one we gave the furniture to. So beware they charge for carpet cleaning fee $175 at move out!!!

I don’t understand how you open at 9 or 10 and close at 6 but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! You have leasing agents and the manager in the building but yet nobody answers. How do you expect to rent to future tenants but nobody can ask any questions. This is ridiculous!!! You mean to tell me you’re busy from the time you’re open to close? Do better. I wouldn’t wanna sell hate to move into the complex and need assistance and I can’t get any because the calls are always forwarded..
