Just the ghetto!! Horrible! Stay away! They neglected to fix my garage door and almost killed me! The front gates are always broken! The front office is unprofessional and unorganized. See the photos of my garage door coming completely off the wall! Stay away for your families safety and security! *Pic of the front (safety) gate that never works properly! *February 19th, keep our community beautiful letter from management…these are pics of what yard workers left behind! My broken pots and plants! *March 17th, spoke to office staff. Notice the date they stated they wanted me to follow up. Left several messages and no follow up. I was told today by Jenn her manager was on spring break. *Picks of the boot leg plumbing in our townhome. I have never been able to use my dishwasher. I gave up after reporting it a couple of times. Sewage water cleaning my dishes…that’s a no! Currently, there is a huge low water pressure problem in the complex so they have to come to every unit to “inspect” what they already know is wrong. I simply cannot make these things up. The City of Grand Prairie will be notified of the “backflow” problem! My dishwater smells worse than sewer water! ***I attached the concession ”offered” to me. The garage door hit me and could have killed me, my life was worth less than $1500?!

Changing my original review: Living here the first few months were amazing, Jen and Kacey in leasing were wonderful, (not sure if they still work here). As of late, living here has not been enjoyable, people at the pool are loud at all hours of the day and night during the summer. The complex has been become very messy and the staff is very slow to address any concerns. For example, reported ants in our unit twice without pest control ever coming. The prices they charge do not go hand and hand with the services they provide. Also, there is never enough parking for residents. Not sure if I’d renew my lease here. 3/10
