Jenn Johnson was extremely professional, thorough, and kind. I really appreciate everything she’s done to make my client’s relocation happen!

Changing my original review: Living here the first few months were amazing, Jen and Kacey in leasing were wonderful, (not sure if they still work here). As of late, living here has not been enjoyable, people at the pool are loud at all hours of the day and night during the summer. The complex has been become very messy and the staff is very slow to address any concerns. For example, reported ants in our unit twice without pest control ever coming. The prices they charge do not go hand and hand with the services they provide. Also, there is never enough parking for residents. Not sure if I’d renew my lease here. 3/10

The property looks clean and nice. The office team was very welcoming. Special thank you to Jenn. Left flyers for my business and this is by far the most genuine office team.

I thoroughly enjoyed my walk through. Jenn was so pleasant and open to meeting me and my partners needs. She was able to answer just about all questions. I was pleased with what I saw, and hope to lease here.

OK, I meet Jenn today and she showed me around. We look at two units that were available. Her personality was charming professional the units were clean and inviting and definitely something that we are interested in becoming a part of this fine community.
