In particular, I would like to recognize Tracee for being so incredibly helpful, professional, and wonderful to work with during my move-in. She was attentive, responsive, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Moving can often be a stressful experience, but thanks to Tracee’s support and expertise, the transition was seamless. We absolutely LOVE Tracee!!! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. She took her time with me and made sure to show every floor plan I was interested in without rushing the process. The property itself is beautiful — very clean, well-maintained, and impressively quiet! The floor plans are spacious and versatile, perfect for any lifestyle. I had an amazing experience at the Ascend at Forum Apartment Complex. I initially visited with a friend who was finishing up his documentation to move into his new apartment. During that visit, I had the pleasure of meeting the Assistant property manager, Tracee and that interaction truly made all the difference. Tracee was excellent: kind, gentle, understanding, and most of all, a true listener. She made every moment an experience. Her customer service was exceptional, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Period! The way she communicated, supported, and delegated herself with my friend throughout the leasing process was both professional and genuinely caring. Although my current home is not at the Ascend Apartment Complex, I will not be renewing my lease where I am now. Instead, I will be seeking leasing at Ascend at Forum. Based solely on the outstanding customer service I witnessed and experienced, I can honestly say I would be more than happy to become a future resident here. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, and it’s clear that management truly values residents. Ascend sets the standard for what apartment living should feel like. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for not just a place to live, but a place where you feel heard, respected, and valued.
