I had a great experience from beginning to end at move in . The apartments are very clean well maintained, and absolutely beautiful. The application process was seamless and stress free. Cecilia and Amanda did an amazing job keeping me informed and walking me through everything, and I love the game nights and how they are involved with the residents. The community is wonderful, with easy access to everything you need, gorgeous views throughout the property. If anyone is looking for a great place to live, you won’t regret choosing here.

We moved here largely because of the spacious patios, but what was supposed to be the highlight has turned into the biggest letdown. Our patio floods several times a month, even when there’s no rain. Over time this has created large, persistent muddy areas, and the space is basically unusable most days. We’ve contacted the leasing office and maintenance more times than I can count over the past year, and nothing has been done. The issue has been completely ignored, and our patio remains wet, muddy, and unusable.

I recently moved into this apartment, thanks to Amanda for helping me with every steps and my experience has been excellent so far. The leasing office was professional, patient, and very supportive throughout the application and move-in process. My unit was clean and well-prepared when I arrived, with all appliances in good working condition. The community feels safe and quiet, and parking has been convenient. Overall, I’m really enjoying my new home and appreciate the staff for making the transition smooth🥰
