Rolling Hills Townhomes

As most say; if there was an option for 0, I wouldn’t leave a star. Former resident here; lived here for 2 years. Finally moved out when we purchased our first home. Before moving out, our apartment was inhabitable due to consistent leaking water, no repair man in sight and the nasty smell of mildew and sheetrock. None the less; upper management put us in another unit for close to the same rate. After ending our lease; I am stuck with over a $500 bill because they never collected a security deposit. After having proof of it being waived, I have been threatened with it being turned into collections. Instead, I am laying the bill; but can’t think to wonder a large company like this is so money hungry. They have managed to concur the fredericksburg apartment community, which is unfortunate. Well, I wish I could say I hope this gets better, but it won’t. Horribly run, bad management and enjoy the roaches that are “common” while living in your dishwasher! Cheers!

Rolling Hills has beautiful grounds, quiet community, move-in was a breeze, they have a wonderful, friendly & responsive team from front office to maintenance. This is a fantastic community to be a part of, what a blessing.

My recent maintenance call was handled excellently. Seriously, it doesn’t get any better than this. From the time I texted June, our designated “go to” person for everything (a very good policy, btw), until everything was fixed, it was two just hours! And he fixed the two issues I had reported plus a third that he noticed that I’d forgotten about. Plus he was a really nice and knowledgeable guy. A+++++

Suzy Steele and the maintenance crew at Rolling Hills are the best there is full stop. I am a disabled veteran and they have been extremely accomodating in helping me live here and enjoy my home as much as possible. Keri and the office staff are no different. They are accountable, honest and awesome.

Keri (manager) and Suzy (head of maintenance) were wonderful. Quick to resolve any issues we had or answer questions. Very personable and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Fredericksburg. Sad to leave but bought a house.
