Orchard Grove Apartments

I have never lived somewhere where they contact you to see if you have any maintenance needs. Maintenance crew is top notch👍

The lease documents were ready for our signatures. She answered all of our questions and provided with a copy of the documents.

I Have no issues with front office leasing agent. But upon submission of app I was not made aware credit would be pulled or judged on my application. Though me and my wife's credit is not terrible we have a bit in debt but nothing negative and no prior issues with rent we also have current landlords recommendations of being a good tenant. I just paid the 350 deposit and 50 for application fee and I receive information that my application is accepted if I can come up with a full months rent on top of what I already gave is would be accepted. Which at no point was that mentioned as a possibility. I informed them I could not make that happen. So they said they would cancel my application and inform finance to see if I will get my deposit that I just I put on the property 1 business days ago even though it was by no means my fault that the apartment didn't accept me. I feel as if I'm being strong armed into an agreement I cannot accommodate. It seems they do not want to refund my money even though it was not me flaking or not moving in by choice. This is really frustrating as I have decent credit as does my wife but we have two car loans that are being paid that increased our debt numbers but we have no on record repos etc no major issues. We also have never been evicted etc. this review could go further into detail but I'm hoping that I could still become a resident because my family would benefit from this love being close to the kids school etc.

Always a fast and professional response from Suzy and the maintenance staff for any request! This is a great place to live!......Update - We had another maintenance request handled very promptly and professionally a few days ago. We are truly thankful for Keri, Suzy, Michael, Farah and the great people running our apartment complex!!!

Absolutely amazing community and front office. Beautifully kept and clean. Keri is an awesome manager. Any time I needed maintenance, Suzie was there within a day. I was here for years and never once had a complaint. They are so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend Orchard Grove enough.
