They close at random times don’t have a set hour never. they said they close 2 but I came at 12:55 and they were close make that sense at least fix your website with your schedules

Best owner ever!!! In three (3) years renting I've only had a couple of property issues that were handled immediately. Mr. York is Great, super friendly and very professional. Thank you guys so much.

Don't go to this place unless you have at least 1 year of consistent work/rent history. I was told it didn't matter by the owner himself, paid the application fee, got denied, and was told by the owner "my hands are tied". Hopefully others have a better experience than I did.

I needed a second chance and you gave it to my family. I have been renting from them since 2013. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They have always tried to work with me regarding rent and fixing anything at the property. All the ladies in the office have been nice and professional to me. A special thank you to (?). I don't want to use her name. She helped my family so much with getting the rent relief funds. Thank you guys.

I was with the company for 3 years and they are complete SLUMLORDS who only want money. I paid rent for my residence as always held onto the receipts for my own records, and they claimed that somehow they lost my money order when clearly it was placed in the drop box. Not only to mention that the foundation in the homes were absolutely horrible my daughter’s room wall along with my ceiling fell in, when they were informed of the matter no one came to fix it. The central air conditioner unit that was placed in my home went out and once again I contacted them to fix it and no one came. They are absolutely rude and only care about taking your money and not making sure that the tenants that rent from them are taking care of. So before you apply do your research because I would hate for your money to be wasted on garbage.
