I was in desperate need of a place to live. I found this place and went in for a tour. Cory and the staff there were more than helpful and kind. I am grateful for all the help I have received. They got me into an apartment in timely and professional manner.

BIG shout out to Cory for making my move in exceptional and stress free! Cory was very professional, warm and inviting. He made himself available to answer all my questions and concerns. Grateful that I found this place. Keep up the good work Cory! Update: yes, they are nice when you're moving in. But you don't find out about ALL of the fees they charge until the 2nd month. I thought the fees we discussed on my lease were the only fees I was going to be charged. Silly me right?

No empathy. No accountability and no urgency. CAF Management, its owners and anyone associate with them SUCKS. A pipe burst above me. Water everywhere. I was told, oh we come and work on roof at night. Im on the first floor. Above is a second level and then the third. How can it be water from the roof but not hitting the second floor. My car was broken into as of yet the FWPD nor I have seen the video (that was about June) Camera is up. Then the have contract disputes with Spectrum and another coming for valet trash services. We take our own garbage to the DUMP. Front door was stuck. My key would not fix 833 pm. Harper this AI person escalated as much as she could. A few moments later someone from maintenance said they dont do lockout. They have to verify my lease . . . Sir its my key. He repeats lockout. They he asked did you just move in? Nope and I can show you my lease and payment history. Oh, I will need to call my supervisor. Dued ain't never called back. By that time is 4 am. Livid. This just some of the issues I have along with others who don't speak out. Really take a look when looking at this one, but keep on moving. I know, why am I still here. Lease not up and its closer to my employer and convient.

We have lived here at the the Ryan's for about three years, I say that because we actually lived in these apartments for about. 4 years but the owners at that time were just, I don't know the best words would be scatter brains. They just seem like they could not remember promises and conversations. they would have with in days . We where not going to renew our lease but thank God the Ryan's took over. Fabian, the maintenance man one of the best maintenance we have had stayed through the changes. Some of the ladies were wonderful.Some were okay.I'm sorry.I just can't remember the names we just had too many changes for me to remember the names. I just hope now that we have Cory and his crew will stay around for a long while. I have met the one lady.that's when you first walk I'm sorry.I don't remember her name.She's very pleasant and friendly and taking notes down for my concerns.And they are taken care of. Have not met any of the maintenance because I haven't needed any but i'm sure they will be as wonderful. Cory is very professional. pleasant, and friendly he seemes to stays on top of things. And answers back on email in a timely manner Cory seems to care about his residence.. So i'm asking please do not remove Cory and his crew. You know the saying, if it aint broke, don't fix it. (Nothing is broken) lol 🙂 Thank you 🙂

We’ve lived here for coming up on a year, and have been through multiple property managers and receptionists; until Cory and his team were brought on we had all but washed our hands of this place and just decided to bide our time until moving. Cory and the team are incredibly understanding and happy to listen and offer resolutions. They are undeniably friendly and welcoming, respectful and remember little details that keep us feeling validated and important. As long as they’re in charge, we’re happy to live here and even have decided to stay longer. Thank you both for all the help with the car, finally having our parking spot painted, aiding in pest control issues, neighbor trash issues, and offering real solutions that provide us with anxiety relief. Thank you!
