I’m literally so excited to move here! We are applying this week to move in March and I CANNOT thank Deanna and Michael enough. I love the landscape and the environment. It seems super quiet as well. I have never been on terms where I can remember the names of the people in the office nor care to be completely honest but these two are hard to forget. Yall are so friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to get started! This review is to reflect the AWESOME communication and kindness of this management and office. I have an AMAZING feeling about this place🫶🏻

My wife and I toured windsong and the maintenance man Francisco and Deanna in the office have a wonderful and very professional repore. Unfortunately, as deanna explained my income did not pass if it were more full time to come back and apply. She was not degrading and kept this decision confidential when Francisco came in her office with an emergency. They both made sure privacynof both me as an applicant and resident information was not shared. I am looking forward to getting my income where it needs to be so I can call this place home.

My husband and I recently scheduled a tour at Windsong Apartments, and we had the pleasure of working with Deanna Tyler. From the moment we arrived, Deanna was an absolute blessing — kind, patient, and incredibly professional. We later learned she’s actually the property manager, which was refreshing to hear because she truly takes pride in her work and in the community. Her door was open and welcoming, and she took the time to answer all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Deanna is very personable, well-organized, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and property. The apartments themselves have some age to them, but they are well maintained and have a cozy, established feel — a sign that the property has been cared for over the years. With someone like Deanna managing things, you can see why Windsong remains such a great place to live. These apartments are more appealing to the eye than others in the area, but sometimes it just isn’t worth it. Most of the five star reviews are in reference to Ms. Angela who’s no longer here. The gate has been broken for several months. Cars are broken into, stolen….. and of course wheels are stolen too. There’s been 5 different managers since I’ve lived here. Management is very proactive when it comes to sending emails to the apartment community regarding smoking violations, balcony inspections & issuing fines. The list goes on!
