Don't move to this condominium, the apartments are full of cockroaches and they don't solve the problem, they use the reserved spaces in bad faith and don't inform their tenants to receive their commission for squeaking their car. And when you try to rent an apartment and pay for the reservation, they stop communicating and keep the money.

Sadly, I have more to say than Google allows. Suffice it to say, my experience here was very unfortunate. It is not a clean living environment. Smoking. Garbage. Pest infestation (I could hear them in the walls!), my Trek bicycle stolen, my apartment broken into, delayed repair of bathtub, no notification of when pool would be closed, broken equipment in fitness center, broken locks on mailbox, managers and leasing agents were often rude. I paid my bills on time every month and the worst was when I notified them of my intention to move. I ended up having to pay rent for two more months than planned and that rent was increased by $250 each month. The apartment was vacant for the last 6 weeks but I received a last month water bill for over two times what my average water bill was when I resided in the apartment! If I had it to do over again, I would not rent here. I hope this review (as short as it has to be) saves someone else a ton of heartache and some of their hard-earned money.

I strongly rate this property 0 instead of 1 star. Don’t try to choose this property , it was my horrible stay of few years , and u will be completely robbed when u decide to leave this property , they gonna charged u more than the amount required to fully renovate . They don’t answer and they don’t take any responsibility to solve such an issue. Almost every month change staff and management team , no body is cooperative very rude , never maintenance no safe for kids speedy driving in parking lot lots of wrecked car , swimming pool always full of outsiders people. Dirty water always.people live there without driving license and insurance , if complain to management they don’t care, they charged $2000 for 1 sq ft wall paint and around 1 sq ft carpet dirty. During my 5 years of stay , is it my part that much ? Since they ignored my work order for those maintenance for several times or they just submitted maintenance completed note even doing nothing. We 10/11 family apartment left this property with very bitter experiences , we will never never recommend this property to stay .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited this community as I’m considering listing a property in the area. While I’m still exploring several options, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Alexis on-site, who shared with me that he works at the property. From the very beginning, he made a lasting impression professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to what he does. Alexis took the time to explain key details about the community with enthusiasm and pride. His energy and attitude completely elevated my experience and made me see the property in a whole new light. Although I haven’t yet decided whether I’ll be moving forward here, I felt compelled to share how impactful this interaction was. I also noticed the grounds and facilities are being exceptionally maintained — clean, orderly, and clearly cared for. It speaks volumes about the team behind the scenes. Whether I become a resident or not, I’ll walk away with a great memory of this place thanks to someone who is clearly passionate and dedicated. I strongly believe the company should know that having team members like Alexis is a true asset. Even as a prospect, I felt welcomed and valued. That’s amazing, and truly powerful.

There's a lot to say but I legally can't without repercussions. What I can say is that signing a year with this company will give you only 4 certainties: you will pay every month, if you don't pay by the grace period on your lease you will get a late fee, if you don't pay the late fee they will evict you, and even if you're perfect there will be a charge on your security deposit. For the rest I will let my photos speak for me. Enjoy your stay!
