Waterford on the green Waterford on the green has been an experience unlike any other I’ve ever had with Apartment . There’s so many positive attributes to this complex. It’s hard to know where to start. The fun and roomie apartment layouts, the beautiful landscaping, The spa like pool and hot tub areas, the friendly and kind and knowledgeable maintenance crew. Or the property management team at the front office.. I guess you should really start with the property management team . As then, as the heart of any complex. The management team sets the mood for the entire property. I’ve lived here over a year and Leslie is by far one of the most amazing property managers/friendly acquaintances I have ever known . If you’re an apartment renter, you know things happen stuff breaks, and we all dread contacting the management team to let them know . But Leslie is always self friendly, kind, and courteous . Honestly feel appreciated and truly believe she is excited to see me each time I go to the office. Embrace my heart to even bring up this next part, my partner and I have to move . We have to leave this beautiful oasis behind. With tears in her eyes, we went and gave Waterford on the green as much notice as we could. (well over the 60 day requirement.) But we love this complex so much we’ve chose to go to a sister location. And not just a sister location also a sister management team! That’s right they have a twin sister complex in the direction we need to be. It’s not our exact location of DFW we wanted, however, knowing how Waterford on the green cares for its tenant? It’s property and it’s employees we decided it was our only option.. We will still leave this oasis with a tearful goodbye. But are so excited to still stay in the family, at Waterford on the park. The moment I walked into Waterford at the park. I knew we were home. I instantly recognized Natalie with a wonderful honest heartfelt welcome to Waterford at the park. I instantly knew this was Lesly sister and we were home.! So who says you can’t go home again? My partner is actually going to be signing his third lease location with Waterford. This will be the second location for me to live in . And my sister-in-law will also be signing on her second location. That has to say a lot about the apartment complex and the way they care for everything. From the property to the people, Waterford where you’re more than just Home your family!

Always super fast with work orders, never had any pest issues in the past 4 years (have lived in 2 diff units), property well maintained, high ceilings, fireplace, spacious, no overbearing parking registrations or issues having guests, has always felt very safe. Same management team for my entire time here, Leslie & Simon have always worked with me. Only thing I wish were different is if the pool /hottub were open more of the year. Overall great place to live.

I’ve been here for three years and I love it! •Quiet neighborhood •No roaches or rats! (I’m literally terrified of them) •Friendly staff- Shout out to Simon! He’s so sweet :) •Maintenance come out immediately if there is a problem! And very professional! If maintenance aren’t able to come out for whatever reason, Leslie the manager will call to check in! Thanks Leslie :) •the neighbors are Super friendly!

My husband and I have lived here since July 2020. Waterford has been nothing short of amazing, the entirety of our stay. The office staff is phenomenal, I will honestly miss Leslie and Simon. We've moved out of state, and my biggest drawback to leaving Texas was leaving this community. If you have the opportunity to live here, do it. You will not regret it. The maintenance team is great, quick and efficient. Leslie and Simon are supportive, and caring of our struggles.... this team makes living here easy, which is saying a lot given the economic climate.

I have been at this location for greater than 4 years. The price has been exceptional along with management and maintenance. It has been a great place to live, It's safe, quiet (I'm on the second floor), well maintained, and management is quick to respond to my needs. Police patrol the property. It's an older property, so the rooms are spacious. I have a second floor unit and have loved the property during my stay thus far. Because of my location from apt to vehicle, I downgraded the stars from 5 to 4.
