Perla is awesome, she is very accommodating and and has a great personality. She made moving into this space, very easy and any maintenance issues we’ve had have been addressed promptly. She is a good communicator, which is really important in her line of work. The property is well Maintained. It is very quiet. Everyone I’ve met that lives Here is very friendly.

I lived at this property for one year. In that time there were five Property Managers and two owners. When it was time for my lease to renew, I used the Portal they provided to let them know I was not renewing my lease. I left phone messages and emails trying to get in touch with someone to do my move out. No response from anyone. I went to the office four different times during their office hours, no one was ever there. I paid my rent on time. I have now been turned over to a collection agency and they have tanked my credit rating. I tried to reach out to the new management...no response. No idea why they think I owe them money. I finally caught someone in the office after I had moved out but still within my lease time. I was told to leave my keys, fob and opener on the desk by someone I had never seen before. I said I needed something in writing showing I had turned it all in. She gave me a sticky note with her initials on it. The phone rang, she answered it and then ignored me. I waited five minutes and then left. BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY. I am not going into all the issues with my unit and the bandaids that were used to delay fixing things. The bad faith they have shown regarding payments is more than enough to show they are not a reputable company. Still waiting to find out why I owe them over $1900.00. The new Manager was able to get in touch with me to get my new address for the "deposit return" because I gave it to them when I moved. Needless to say, no deposit return. I'm assuming she needed the address to turn me over to a collection agency. This was less than two months after I moved out. Never once did she say I owed money. I have never received anything from them stating I owed them money before they turned this over to collections. Very unprofessional and deceitful.

The current property manager, Perla Navarro, and maintenance technician, Jaybel Torres, are good with which to work. Perla has brought stability and consistency back to the on-site office. Before her arrival, the office management was nonexistent. Shout out to Jaybel who has a broad scope of competencies therefore we get things fixed right the first time. Thanks to both of them. If only the ownership cared about this property as much as Perla and Jaybel.

I submitted an inquiry about renting here, and was quickly emailed and invited to come by and check out the property. I stopped by to view the property accordingly and the leasing office was closed mid morning on a Tuesday. I waited around and eventually ran into the maintenance man. I asked him if anyone was available at the leasing office and he responded, No. I asked when someone would be back, he responded, no. I left and then continued to receive emails asking me to come by the property. I ended up going somewhere else as I was never able to get a hold on anyone in person or by phone. Disappointed for sure, but it ultimately led to me finding and renting another apartment. I would have liked to give this place a chance but unfortunately, I wasn't given the opportunity to.

The new MANAGER (shout out to Perla) has been an absolute angel. We’ve had maintenance orders completed in a timely manner, and what I really enjoy about Perla is the care she puts into her renters. Whenever I’ve had an issue, she takes the time to listen and then creates a plan of action. We’ve lived here for about a year, and while the previous management company often struggled with follow-through and required constant reminders, Perla and her team have been completely different. Whenever I speak to them in person, someone is out within 24–48 hours to address the issue. A great example is the grass in the community. While it wasn’t technically a tenant responsibility, Perla jumped into action her first week in office and had it cleaned up. She has already made the community shine brighter. The only downside to living in the right side of the complex is the speeding and noise from cars on Randol Mill but that is outside of management’s control. Perla goes above and beyond her role. She not only resolves problems quickly but also proactively improves the community, creating a better living experience for all residents. Her dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care for tenants clearly add value to Asset Living, and I believe she deserves recognition and consideration for a salary increase! There should be more managers like Perla!!!
