Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience at this location. Access to the building is easy and convenient for both staff and visitors. Parking has been plentiful and hassle-free, and the internet speed has been reliable and more than sufficient for daily business operations. There are a couple of areas that could use improvement. Mail has not consistently been delivered directly into the assigned mailboxes, and packages are often left in the front lobby. The designated package area can also become cluttered, which creates confusion around deliveries. Additionally, I’ve requested racking adjustments within my own rented space to better support our operations. I was advised there is a process in place for handling these requests, but I have received limited follow-up since that conversation. Clearer communication and updates on these types of requests would be appreciated. I will say that my interactions with the on-site staff member have always been positive. Amber is very friendly and genuinely seems to want what’s best for her tenants. I believe that with a little more support, the smaller operational issues could be ironed out very easily. Overall, it’s a great space with strong fundamentals. With improved mail handling and stronger follow-through on tenant requests, this would easily be a five-star experience.

Warespace has been a huge blessing to our family and our business! We out grew our apartment and needed more space, and warespace was JUST the spot. It’s clean, organized, the community is great, and the shipping process is fantastic! We also love Crystal. She takes care of everyone and makes you feel well supported. We are so grateful! Now our family devotional kits can be put together in a great place and sent out all over the country. Thank you Warespace! Highly recommend!!

Warespace is the perfect place to rent office and warehouse space! The offices are clean, modern, and secure, and the lobby has a professional atmosphere that makes a great impression. They also provide conference rooms, snacks, and mailing supplies, which makes running your business so much easier. The pricing is very affordable for everything you get. On top of that, Crystal is amazing—she always keeps us informed, stays connected, and her customer service is second to none. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Warespace!

10/10 this warehouse is fabulous. They have great management, I highly recommend Crystal and believe that no matter what you are paying her she deserves more she has been amazing for us. There are multiple different unit sized to choose from and easily accessible bathrooms from them all! I love the different dock types including one to easily back into at ground level. The temperature seems to always be just right or slightly warm so if you have a little can you are set to go! The FREE coffee bar with so many different options just has to be that extra cherry on top. I wish there was better parking and often you have to hunt down rolling carts or pallet jacks hoping they aren't in use.
