Do not move into this complex not unless you want to deal with unexperienced management,,,,,, they sent out a email stating that there was going to be a inspection done by the city,,,, I called yesterday trying to get it reschedule and I was told that it was a mandatory inspection,,,, took off from work waited all day for someone to show up no one eventually showed up,,, so I called the office spoke with Rashelle Bell and she told me inspections were done this morning @ 9am so I told her no one never came to my apartment unit. She gave me a different story telling me that the city picked out certain units to inspect doesn't match up with what she told me yesterday... wasted my day. I stayed calm but I'm sure someone else with a shorter fuse would have went up to the office and confronted her and cussed her out.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent service provided by Edith Gonzalez. She is always very patient, professional, and willing to help at any time. Whenever we have had a question or issue, she takes the time to listen to us and offer a clear and effective solution, which is truly appreciated. She not only focuses on providing good service to us, but it's also evident that she supports other residents with the same dedication and kindness. Her positive attitude, her warm and friendly manner, and her constant willingness to help make the experience of living here much more enjoyable. Edith is a very sweet, attentive, and generous person—qualities that are not easily found. Her commitment to her work and to the residents is admirable. Without a doubt, she is a big part of what makes this community such a great place to live. She definitely deserves 5 stars!
