Was here for two years and I would encourage everyone to STAY away from this place. Lazy management, infested with cockroaches, black mold, and faulty equipment. Had a drip panel fall down and it took weeks to get fixed. Their laundry machines are quite awful. Had a washing machine fall over with my clothes inside. Don’t understand how you manage to mess up the interior design of a laundry room. Don’t live here.

I’ve been here for 3 years. I moved here when I was starting over in life and Melissa gave me a chance. There’s even been times during my stay she’s really worked with me on my rent payment. I’m a single mom of 3 and that means the world to me. I LOVE MY NEIGHBORS! Everyone is so nice and we look out for each other. On the downside, the apartments are old and repairs will need to be made but Melissa has done her best to repair each maintenance issue in a timely manner. No it’s not a luxury apartment but it’s a place I love to call home. ❤️

When I told my neighbors I was moving out, they congratulated me. They had been living there for less than two months. I lived here for two years, and this place was a nightmare the entire time. Everything the other negative reviews have said is 100% true. The place is unsafe to live in and should be completely renovated, if not demolished, but that’s never going to happen under the current management. The landlord is every bit as inattentive and unprofessional as everyone has said. She’ll even argue with you if you make her displeased enough (never thought a landlord would make me cry for 45 minutes while they yelled at me over the phone). The picture below is a text I sent to Melissa while I begged her to fix my obviously water damaged ceiling. She only fixed it because there was now visible damage. I’m so thankful to now live in a place that keeps me safe and warm, and where my maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner, and I don’t hear any stomping toddlers in the apartment above me 24/7, and the management doesn’t view me as an object to profit from. I will do everything in my power to make sure no one I speak to even sets foot in this disaster zone. I wish everyone who is currently living here the best of luck. Goodbye forever!
