Tuscany Apartments

I had a personal item place near my car in the parking lot and instead of informing the residents and or placing the item somewhere safely they just threw it away… beware of things on or around your vehicle going in the trash without notice

Unfortunately, this building is full of cockroaches and is very dirty and completely unsanitary. Every day, there are cockroaches inside the refrigerator, cabinets, and even in the food. There are also issues with neighbors who stand outside the window late at night talking loudly. The apartment itself is very dirty, and the ceiling above the bed leaks when it rains. Despite the high rent we are paying, we are not satisfied at all. We have already informed management that due to these serious problems and the fact that we can no longer tolerate the situation, we want to move out. However, they refused to cooperate and said we have to pay a penalty. If you rent here, you will get stuck, and no one will take your concerns seriously.

Been here a year and my A.C is ALWAYS going out & they take days to fix it like its not urgent. Plus no matter how clean you aand your apartment is roaches somehow still find their way in through the walls and cracks. Unfortunately I have to renew my lease one more time bc it's too inconvenient for me to move rn!

My boyfriend lives here, they have roaches and maintenance is non existent. They never gave him a gate key, the apartment is also very small. They act like they are a High maintenance apartment but they are just a bougie projects. They also are very strict about the parking lot and will tow your car. Do not live here.

Asia’Unna helps the best for everything and gives me snacks after school. And me and my family love the area over here. And the apartments look nice inside and they AWALYS have the best events!!!!!!!!
