I have not seen any of the empty units yet.I called the rental office back in October of 2023 to find out how much the rental was for a one bedroom. I was told that a one bedroom is one thousand and fifty dollars. That is reasonable for my price range.🤩😁😆🤭

Dirty, tenants leave trash on parking lot and management only cleans once a week. The trash blows all over the neighborhood. The tenant block alleyway, and makes it hard for neighbors to get out. Trash bin over fills often and looks awful. Swamp cooler on the west side is very loud. In general a very bad place.

I can't believe this place is still standing. I lived there 30 years ago and had to move when a neighbor tried to crawl through my bedroom window in the middle of the night. I wonder what they charge now, back then it was $375/month, all bills paid!

Currently living here, it's a nice enough location with very pleasant tenants. Giving one star as the AC has gone out 5 times since I moved in less than 3 months ago (July 2022), the unit I nearly moved into was dirty with mold growing on the ceiling as it had recently flooded and was poorly serviced. That same unit flooded again in August 2022. The owner is respectful but can take about 24 hours to respond to notifications about the AC issue at least, longest stretch being 4 days without cooling in the middle of summer. Ultimately it seems like a facilities issue that is not being addressed. This complex has nice people and a pleasant manager but has some serious flaws to be aware of. 10/08/22 Update: Central AC has been out for a couple weeks. Portable units were installed in my and many other units without notice that they were going to enter. The property manager has said it's fixed though it's definitely still broken.

I lived there for a year and I had so many issues with the apartment. I had the gas leak when I moved in, I didn’t have AC for a week, I got charged on my rent twice, the faucet part of my tub broke off, my shower head leaked until it was gushing out water, and I had to call the cops on my neighbor. OH, and I’m still waiting on my deposit after two months… horrible experience as you can tell. It’s very unfortunate because it’s located in a great area and the building has so much potential. They definitely need help finding good management. I am so glad I moved out.
