I have been a resident here and I love it. Good location. Living in apartments it’s nothing out of the ordinary than what you expect at any apartment. Minimal noise, people coming and going. My work orders are always handed in a timely manner. The office manager Audrey is AMAZING. She handles all my calls and I call ALOT if I have an issue or question about anything and she is on top of it. Love my experience with them.

Came for a tour and Audrey the property manager was very professional. She took her time showing me around, showed me all the amenities and I was very pleased with her. I will definitely be putting in my application and can't wait to move in.

Don’t live here it’s the “cheap” alternative, management is nice but constant problems. Terrible plumbing and bugs. Charged us. 95$ cleaning fee for someone to mop the floors and we had dirty windows that were already dirty when I moved in. No one cleaned when I moved in and she charged me 95$ because I didn’t? the tub was already peeling the 2nd day and hard to clean. Mold on rr ceiling that never got fixed after water poured through not to mention water poured out after they had apparently fixed it. Guest room flooded on first floor. Fridge had mold so hopefully they replace that because she said she’s charging for not having that clean too. Building 2829. She said she didn’t know about any of it? Good thing I took pictures of everything. Blinds where broken i believe only one was broken and they weren’t new when I moved in also dirty wish I had pictures of those I’m sure I do when I find it I’ll post it too. Always cut water off because they have plumbing problems. Listen to the comments don’t live here you can find way better and not pay $1540

Guys, the words to describe the dissatisfaction I have with my experience here do not exist. I had planned a move-in day months in advance. I talked to the office manager about it repeatedly. On the day of move-in the office was CLOSED! 4.5 hours later she showed up with yes, a valid reason she had to emergently close the office. However, I had driven 5 hours to get here and move in with my family before school started! It’s 110 degrees right now! We were left waiting for 4.5 hours. She runs up, gives me the keys, and says we’ll sign the lease Monday. I was still trying to be rationale so I took the keys and walked into the apartment…only to find out the A/C only halfway works (very humid in the unit) and water was leaking from the HVAC unit in the ceiling. I called emergency maintenance and they have still not called me back (>24 hours later). There are visible signs of black residue on the board in the ceiling below the HVAC and water stains so you can tell this problem has occurred before. The icing on the cake is there was a roach on the ground in the kitchen pantry. I wanted to give this place a shot because it is SO CLOSE to TCU’s campus, but I’d honestly probably feel better under a bridge. I will be giving my keys back. Luckily, no lease has been signed at this time and one will not be signed. I would recommend looking for different housing if you’re able. The $500 monthly savings IS NOT worth it.

These apartments are portrayed as updated, lush grass, and grand but they are far from that. I have carpet that is yet to be replaced and I have been here five years. When I moved in I was told it would be replaced but management after management says the following “do you have that in writing that the carpet would be replaced?” This manager has no morals nor integrity along with the New Leasing Company Sunridge Management, they are all a joke. You ask questions and they beat around the bush. Today is Saturday and I was told in an email that the office would be opened on Saturday’s because of Summertime hours. The manager does not show up to work on time and the new management company allows that. It’s there loss since I had two individuals looking to move to these apartments they decided to go elsewhere. The management does not explain anything and if you ask in an email you get no response. Yeah, for what they charge for these apartments you can find something better.
