There is never anyone in the office when something goes wrong especially when the water isn’t working I would call hundreds times before they close they never answer this is getting so ridiculous they need to hire someone else cause the lady that works there now is never there voicemail is always full I’m getting tired of it please consider of hire someone else

My family and I have been living here for 8 months now and our experience has been terrible. The most important thing to we need which is water is absolutely terrible. Even the communication with management. I’ve Been in contact with TCEQ MULTIPLE TIMES. They’ve also had many complaints and investigations and a few violations with the water company. The water here is not okay. The last 3 months we’ve had so many issues with water. Now here we are working on over 24 hours without water and nothing is being done.. the community needs to come together and refuse for things to keep being like this.. these pictures are my filters within 2 weeks. The new filter is the black one. The last one only last 1 day. And when I bypassed the filters my sinks and shower heads got clogged within a day. This is terrible on your appliances, hot water heater, refrigerator, washers, etc.

The ownership and management here are absolutely terrible. They take no accountability for how poorly ran their community is. Water smells bad more days than when it doesn’t. They have mishandled the ice over by blaming residents for water issues. Saying it’s up to residents to figure out their own water issues when they have gone back and forth saying it’s a main water line issue and that nothing can be done until it gets warmer or and stuff thaws out then quickly turning around to say it’s on the resident to figure out there own water issue.

Live here if you want your water and the outside air to smell like sewage. Also they will have your car stolen by tow truck drivers at 3 am just before you have to leave for work. Oh vehicle registration, that doesn’t matter, if you register your vehicle with them, they’ll still have it towed. This place is a terrible place to live!

The water gets really rank and the office tells us to call the company that they hired to let them know. Also the rent keeps going up and the office says that it's to help better the community which is crap because they don't make any improvements. The grounds don't have any guest parking and they are always threatening to tow people. I'm on disability and have always paid my bills on time but I'm afraid that they will keep raising the lot rent to where all of us on disability won't have a home anymore.
