Very impressed by the staff and maintenance. Had my place ready for move in for me and my kids in the nick of time. I appreciate all the hard work put into turning over the apartment and the paperwork involved. The full process was smooth and I’m grateful. I plan on being here for a while. Great location for me and the children. Shout out to Candy! You’re the best !!!

We’ve been living without AC for more than a month because the outdoor air conditioning unit is not working. We’ve been making work orders but nobody has come to fix the problem. They don’t even know it’s summer season 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️.

Maintenance men Contory and Isaiah were amazing! We had been without AC for 2 days and they came quickly on a Saturday to get it fixed up for us. They had a great attitude and were very helpful with any questions and concerns that we had. The only reason for 3 stars is because the property and management overall could use improvement. We had to contact management 3 times via phone to inform them of the issue, on top of putting in a work order. Each time we were told that someone would be over to handle it, but they didn't send maintenance until day 3 when we went to speak to the manager in person.

The new manager is very rude.( Katrina) The ex manager (Magarita) to me was very nice and she I got along very well. Candy is super cool and nice. I hated those apartments. Always had trouble with roaches and bedbugs. I am so glad I moved out when I did.
