Halston Gage has worked above and beyond in a multitude of ways! She has stayed well past office hours, well into the evening, to ensure I could be moved in as quickly as possible. Even through dealing with very strict deadlines she was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional every step of the way! Her dedication and consistency truly made all the difference. I look forward to my time here at The Vickery, and I am so grateful for the exceptional service she provided.

Moving into the Vickery has been one of the smoothest transitions I have had. The property is clean, modern and well maintained. The amenities feel intentional rather than just decorative, and the overall atmosphere is calm and well managed. Halston has been excellent through the process. She is professional, responsive and attentive. Every question I had was answered clearly and quickly, and she made the move in process fairly straightforward and stress free. I highly recommend moving into the Vickery.

Choosing The Vickery was one of the easiest decisions I have made during this move, and that says a lot. From my first interaction through signing the lease, everything felt professional, organized, and genuinely well handled. Genesis, Christina, and Halston were all wonderful to work with. Genesis especially stood out. She was responsive, professional, and truly invested in making sure everything went smoothly. She answered every question thoroughly and made me feel confident in my decision. Her attention to detail and follow through really made the entire experience seamless. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The finishes feel elevated, and the overall atmosphere is clean and refined. The amenities are fantastic and very well maintained, which adds to the overall quality of living here. The location is ideal. You are close to downtown and everything it offers, but just far enough removed that it feels calm and comfortable rather than busy. I am extremely happy with my decision to call The Vickery home and would absolutely recommend it.

I have not been satisfied with their level of communication. I applied 1 week ago and still have not heard back nor have they responded to my email nor answered the phone when I called twice. I am a working professional (consultant) with great credit & actively investing in the stock market so I can confidently say I qualify for the apartment that I applied for. I am concerned that their communication won’t be good if I move in since they can’t communicate timely when only minimal leases have been signed & most of the building is vacant. Halston Gage was friendly. Update: removed my previous stars given - 12/1/2025 I moved in on 11/28/2025 & have experienced quite a few issues with my unit including getting a flat tire from the nails & other metal debris in the garage. A. My Patio door has a gap on the bottom that allows cold air into my unit. The gap under my patio door is big enough for bugs to crawl into my unit from outside. B. The “new” windows in my unit have deep scratches. C. The new stove/oven has scratches and damage from installation. D. The most concerning thing is with the trim for my windows - I can literally stick my hand in between the interior wall inside my unit and the exterior wall (see pictures). I have noticed a draft in my unit but I assumed it was from the gap under the patio door. I used my flashlight to shine under the trim for my window and noticed that the window was not sealed properly during installation (see picture). The property manager has been responsive and submitted work orders on my behalf but this is a brand new building with maybe 6-10 tenants occupying the 300+ units. This noticeable level of disrepair is concerning. It seems like they rushed to build the units while compromising quality and having zero quality control in place.
