Update I moved out 3 months ago but these issues were never resolved. Apt 147. Will post video of the rats that started coming from the dish washer area. For the past two years we've been living here we had issues with our A/C and nothing has been done about it no matter how many work orders we put in. Ive called multiple times with no answer. We will NOT be renewing. I had to buy two window unitsđThey've told me they will order new A/C and nothing, I shouldn't have to be up their butts about it especially after my 1yr old slipped due to it leaking. Infested with roaches even getting charged for pest control and they haven't came to do that in months as well as rats by what our neighbors have told us. They have plumbing issues constantly. Attached is our recent work order for AC.

DONT MOVE IN !!!Worst place Iâve ever lived !! Maintenance sucks never fixes anything ,office never answers the phones and thatâs IF they open the office or donât close the office early âŠour water has been off for 3 days and the office keeps saying it will be fixed today and three days later still off.

Management is barely in the office, youâre lucky if your call gets answered. Iâve been in my apartment almost a year. My work orders have never been âfixedâ just put a bandaid until I complain again. My AC is constantly going out. The pest issue is terrible we pay for pest control and even when we call to get on the list they never show up.

The maintainence is very bad. Even though work order to replace the thing that is missing is requested, they did not replace it not completed yet and submitted the work order as completed. Unacceptqble. Such a lack of integrity or liar. They fully charge from resident but they do not take care the property when resident need it.

There are alot of issues with these apartments. The main issue is the foundation is not level. Also be weary of the toilets they might not work delt with a leaking toilet for 15 days and now it wont even flush. As well as the ac not working like it should be. And 2 out of 6 windows will not open and the 6th window wont even close all the way and is broken on top. Still hasn't been fixed
