So let me start by saying I started out with someone who is no longer with the company and honestly she was doing everything for me answering every question that I had so I was a little bummed when I found out she was no longer there. So now I have a million more questions and I am even more confused but when I say I spoke with Daniel and Etta they were absolutely helpful. Etta knows exactly how stressful this process was for me but I have to say she was very patient when it came to me. I think I called and reached out sooooo many times I stressed her out. Nonetheless she was still patient with me . She very thorough and respectful. Very timely and sufficient. She always set expectations for every single step. I absolutely love my new apartment and appreciate her and Daniel. So much. I even called today and spoke with Daniel and he assured that he would help with a situation that I asked about getting done he literally took care of it on the phone and offered more help. If not anything I appreciate them so much. I am so glad I chose you all over the other apartment I was going to do. Thanks again! I will post pics later.

Standard at River District – 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Etta and Daniel were absolutely amazing. I leased sight unseen, and the experience turned out to be magical. The property is beautiful, with stunning 15-foot ceilings, and they truly picked the perfect apartment for me. I’m on the first floor, right by a relaxing pool, and it already feels like home. Their communication, care, and attention to detail made this transition effortless. I’m so grateful for how smooth and positive this entire experience was. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

Malique is AMAZING. This is my first time living on my own. I was looking at another apartment complex and was going to sign, but I thought I should look at the Standard one more time. She showed me everything and answered literally all questions I had for her! Her energy is contagious and so inviting! After I saw the unit, I knew I wanted to live here. She showed us places we didn’t get to see the first time and that completely changed my mind. I signed the lease because of Malique. She completely changed my view on the standard and she is the reason I chose you guys! Malique, you are such a bright light. Thank you for making my first experience of living by myself so amazing.

I lived here for a year and some months, the only good thing about living here was KIA. She was very helpful every time I went to the office. Other than that I do not think I would recommend this place. I moved out September 1st and I still have not received my refund check. I call the leasing office and keep getting told different things and how “it should come this week since the ship it out every tuesday’s”. This is so frustrating. They are quick to get your deposit but don’t have any sense of urgency in giving it back. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 months to receive my refund check. This is ridiculous. I did not want to leave a review like this but people need to be made aware.

NOT WORTH IT. Don’t be fooled by the photos. Management is consistently unresponsive—even to serious maintenance issues—and often makes empty promises. Since moving in (Summer 2024), it’s been the most stressful year of my life. What should’ve been a safe, comfortable home has been a nonstop source of problems. Parking: My car was towed despite being registered (by management) at move-in. Management deleted my account and claimed I wasn’t properly registered. A visitor’s car was also towed from a properly registered/marked “Visitor” spot. Management refused direct communication or reimbursement both times. Maintenance: A leak in my ceiling was painted over instead of properly repaired. Maintenance argued saying it was repaired. The damage worsened, spread to multiple rooms, and went unresolved for months. Requests were deleted, no-shows were common, and repairs only began after I threatened to report them due to prolonged periods of inaction, and health concerns from mold. One worker even spilled dirty water from the dehumidifier, that they left in my apt without notice or explanation, across my kitchen counters and floors, damaging my belongings, pushing me to a breaking point. Communication with maintenance was nearly impossible due to language barriers, and maintenance often showed up without any prior notice or credentials—serious safety and privacy issues and very inconvenient! And serious LACK OF COMMUNICATION from both Management and maintenance regarding every issue. AC Issues: In Spring 2025, my AC failed. It took 3+ hours to get a response, and nearly 2 months to fix, during which I lived in 78–80° heat. A temporary unit barely cooled one room, and my electric bill spiked. Requests for reimbursement went ignored. Other Issues: • Trash rooms often blocked by piles of garbage and spilling into the garage. • Garage is unsafe: speeding cars, blocked exits, oversized vehicles in compact spots. • Walls are paper-thin. Constant noise from neighbors, including loud music and late-night banging. • Pet waste is frequently left in stairwells and surrounding walkways. • Very strong smell of weed throughout the entire complex at all times. I've only written this review now b/c I was afraid they would make my moving out unbearable or try and keep my refund check (which they claimed to have sent when I moved out), however, the date on the check states it was printed and sent after I sent multiple emails following up on the status of the refund check, over a month after I moved out. Overall, this has been a nightmare living experience. Proceed with caution. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
