I absolutely love the apartments. The office staff and maintenance are simply amazing. Anytime I’ve put in a request it’s taken care of within 24 hours if not the very same day. Lots of nice activities in the office every month. I highly recommend this complex to anyone on an apartment search. It’s very quiet and safe. I’ve had several packages delivered while out of town and when returning home the packages are still at my doorstep untouched. 50000000 stars :) extra emphasis on Tara!

I LOVE IT HERE. I’ve lived here for four years going on to my fifth and when I say that the staff is incredible they truly are, Valerie and the girls are always there to help whenever you need something. They’re understanding and willing to work with you. The maintenance guys do an amazing job and they fix issues within the day or the following day. Neighbors are quiet. The community is nice. I have no complaints highly recommend 10 out of 10.

It’s a nice, quiet place to live. People are really good about keeping their dogs quiet. The staff all went above and beyond at every opportunity. Everyone was always so incredibly nice and helpful. Any maintenance issues were addressed same or next business day. They also have included events, like they served their own Thanksgiving dinner for all the residents.

I love this apartment complex. You can’t beat the price, the maintenance team is extremely helpful and friendly, the office also has great events every month. I moved from Ohio and Tara was more than amazing. I saw the apartment sight unseen and had no issues. Tara made the transition more than easy. The office manager is also very friendly and always says hello to me. This complex is also extremely dog-friendly, with no breed or weight restrictions, which is a huge reason I picked this complex. They have several dog parks and pools. It’s also located right across from Bryan Irvin, which has great food and shopping selections. Paying rent online is also very easy! This is a great first apartment option as well.

I moved in Aug 15, 2024. I signed a one year lease The lease was very reasonable. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. So far, I am pleased with the accommodations. This is a pet-friendly complex. The staff appears to care and always plans community activities. I found my apartment very clean. It is also in a very convenient location. I would highly recommend this complex.
