I know several tenants who live at this property, and honestly, it could be a decent place to live. In my opinion, the prices are a little on the high side, but the biggest difference was management. The previous manager (Elizabeth) was terrible rarely in the office and very hard to reach. However, during Raquel’s time here, things actually ran smoothly. She got maintenance issues under control, kept the grounds(outside property) clean, stayed on top of the books, and most importantly, she was present and visible. Raquel was friendly, professional, and very relatable. You could tell she genuinely cared about the property and the residents. Bottom line: bring Raquel back. She made a real difference.

Blanca seemed knowledgeable about the property and even gave advice how to complete the application. But… after applying and jumping through hoops she didn’t reply. None of the listed phone numbers are correct, and even the corporate managers were clueless. I question how anyone is able to contact them?!

I loved the apartments when I moved in 2 years ago when Raquel was the office manager. Elizabeth on the other hand will act like she cares but DONT! I went to the office to speak with her about a rental assistance check that was given to her for my rent . She refuses to post it to the account and Told me that she mailing the check (money ) back to C.A.P. Because I needed 2 more days to pay my Nov rent then she was willing to give! mind you she already filed Eviction on me so I am supposed to have until COURT date to pay in full but with her sending my rental check back It will put my account behind so much that I Won’t even be able to pay that amount . I have no choice but to pack up my kids and figure out what we are going to do before Christmas!!!! Not to mention I emailed a manger higher up than her But somehow she is the one who responded to me not the higher up ! And on top of that I guess she was so upset about me being upset she wanted to find a way to make the situation worse so she accused me of damaging property and disturbing the office because we were talking over each other ! Like how petty can you be lady . Do NOT explain ur struggle to her She knew mines had the power to change it . Waited till the very last minute with FUNDS in hand and then BOOM leaves me hanging!

We had a smooth move in. Elizabeth is super nice and very professional. Some things were not working right, but they were on top of it and were able to get things fixed pretty quick. We really like it here so far. They neighborhood is mostly quiet. No issues.

Disappointed and Frustrated -Not Worth the Price I've lived at Parks at LeBlanc long enough to say this place is a major letdown. I pay extra for covered parking, but it's constantly taken by others and instead of enforcing towing like they claim, management told me it's my responsibility to handle it. That's unacceptable. The property itself is poorly maintained. Trash is scattered everywhere, the gate has never worked, and the pool is always closed during posted open hours. There are no real amenities to speak of, and the apartments are so outdated that my utility bills are through the roof. To make matters worse, the manager, Elizabeth, is extremely rude and condescending. Rather than helping residents or solving problems, she dismisses concerns and acts like basic responsibilities are beneath her. Frankly, she needs training on how to do her job and treat people with respect. If you're considering moving here, think twice. You'll be paying for services and features that simply doesn't exist. Management is unresponsive, and the overall condition of the complex is far below what they advertise
