The Palo | Townhomes for Rent

Update: I finally called back and got someone on the phone. Once I get a direct answer about my refund, I will update my review. I applied here, but didn’t get accepted, which is fine because I decided after reading the reviews I wouldn’t enjoy it here. Issue is no one EVER answers the phones or returns your calls in the office. Very frustrating. To me that’s not a place I’d want to live at. I been waiting on my deposit refund and has yet to get a response about my money. I am still waiting. It’s disrespectful to leave so many messages and no return call.

Our experience applying for and moving into The Palo Townhomes has been nothing short of amazing. The approval process was incredibly quick (we received same-day approval) which immediately set a positive tone for everything that followed. Every interaction we had with the property manager, Dione, was exceptional. She was consistently communicative, patient, and thorough in answering all of our questions throughout the process. Moving can be stressful, but Dione made everything feel seamless and well organized. On move-in day, everything went smoothly. She had our keys ready, walked us through the move-in pamphlet, and made sure we had everything we needed with no issues. We also had the pleasure of meeting Terry, the maintenance technician, who warmly welcomed us to the community. He was friendly, approachable, and made us feel right at home from the start. As for our unit.. it’s truly everything we could have asked for and more. The space is roomy, the natural lighting is incredibly bright throughout, and the fixtures give the home a modern, polished feel. The Juliet balcony is a standout feature, and having our own private yard is something we absolutely love. Since moving in, I’ve walked my dog around the community several times and have been pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and quiet it is. So far, we genuinely have zero complaints. The entire experience, from application to move-in, has exceeded our expectations, and we’re very happy to call The Palo Townhomes home.

Dionne and Kya are amazing. If you want to speak to anyone above them, good luck. My roommate and I had an issue when we moved in with our washer being out for 2 months. It took forever to get fixed. We received a concession that was substantial and Dionne really fought for us to receive the credit we deserved. I only seemed to get a proper response from someone when I left bad Google reviews. If they tell you 10-14 days on the gift cards be aware it took them almost 4 months to get ours in but we did finally receive them. While they have done everything they can to make things right for us and get us taken care of, this place was a headache. Dionne and Kya are great but unfortunately so many things are just out of their hands. The units are clean and the maintenance guy is great and very helpful. The WiFi has gone out a couple times since living here. The area is great but traffic is a little rough in the mornings.

I really enjoy living in this townhome. The space is modern, clean, and well maintained. The layout is comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The front office staff is always polite, professional, and helpful. It truly feels like home. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live.

That bald headed guy I think his name is Terry outstanding individual, very friendly and had no problem helping when you need him. He is a very very good handy man if you have any issues call him and he will personally see to what ever it is being taken care of. Most importantly he is trust worth and that’s hard to find these days.
