The Monarch Medical District Apartments

Maintenance is fantastic. Sean is personable, professional and so helpful. There is nothing that can’t be fixed. I renewed my lease another year, and I credit maintenance for helping make my apartment feel like a home. I love having my air filters changed regularly as well. Thank you Sean!

I moved in 2 days ago and am having a great experience so far! Skylynne was super helpful and able to answer all my questions. Tarek even communicated with me during the snow storm to help me get my app processed since I needed to move in within the week. When move-in day came I arrived early, but the maintenance gentleman was able to make my key early and even came to the apartment himself to make sure it worked. While the key was being made Jasmine came and introduced herself and welcomed me. 10/10 team here! Another thing I noticed is how clean my unit was when I moved in. I usually expect to have to do a lot of cleaning to get things the way I like, but out of the 5 apartments I've lived in this was by far the cleanest. Specifically the fridge, washer/dryer, and kitchen cabinets/drawers were super clean. I am very happy with my experience here so far and I highly recommend checking out The Monarch! Update 2/4/26 I submitted a maintenance request and Sean literally showed up 5 minutes later. He was able to fix my lock immediately and was also very personable. Thank you Sean!

Mr. Sean is fantastic and honestly one of the best maintenance members there is. He replaced our microwave bulb, repaired the patio door, fixed the leaky AC unit, etc. He is so prompt, quick, friendly, and helpful. He is always willing to lend a hand when stopped in the hallway. What an amazing asset to the Monarch Medical District Apartments.

I just moved into The Monarch and I absolutely love everything. My unit is spacious, comfortable and bright. The building feels safe and friendly. The unit was spic and span when I moved in, fresh paint and new carpet. The staff has been outstanding. The leasing process was pain free. Alejandra was exceptional. Her knowledge and expertise was top notch. I am so happy.

Always have positive things to say about Sean! Last week my AC unit controller randomly went out so he helped to fix that asap! He came to help with the hardware setup for my curtains and did an excellent job. He was very communicative, efficient, and detail-oriented, making sure everything was perfectly aligned and secure. He also took the time to answer my questions and ensured I was happy with the result before wrapping up. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows. I truly appreciate his professionalism and friendly attitude—such a pleasure to work with! And a major asset to the monarch! I absolutely love living here and knowing that their team members truly value making this a great living space make it worth the value. This has been my favorite apartment community and I’m sad that I’ll be relocating for work in a year. They are truly one of a kind!
