Great place to live! Located near all the things, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Area traffic is not bad and is easy access to multiple freeways. Staff is very accommodating and is alway present. Property is well kept and managed.

I have lived here for the past 2 years and have had nothing but good experiences. The apartments are nice, the pool is well maintained, it’s in a great location, but the biggest thing that stands out to me here are the front desk and maintenance workers. They are always so kind and so on top of things. If something breaks, maintenance will show up within hours to handle it. I initially was living here with my 2 roommates, and when I decided to move in with my partner, we loved it here so much that we just moved to a different apartment in the same complex. I’d 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking to move to this area.

I love living at the Marquis. The community is safe, my neighbors are kind, and the maintenance service is unmatched. I have put in multiple maintenance requests at night and they are always addressed by noon the next day. The pool is beautiful!
