The leasing agent Nancy went above and beyond to help me get my apartment. She is a shining star within the Mylo Apartments community. She truly cares about making a positive impact in the resident’s lives, and that SHE DOES!

Everyone in the office is so nice and accommodating. Susan, the Manager is extremely personable and makes you feel very comfortable talking to her. I've had a great experience so far with this property.

As a locator, I enjoy seeking out communities for my client where the customer service is top tier. It sets the tone. Ms.Shasity provided just that! Friendly, informative, and knows her community! The upgraded unit shown was beautiful. Looking for your next home. Mylos is definitely a contender!
July 2025
Mylo My partner and I moved in July of 2024. When we first moved in it took us a few months to even get the key for the mailbox the workers kept telling us maintenance was in charge of the mail keys and the amenities key cards. I can tell you exactly who we spoke to the multiple times we have gone up there and/or called. I’m not sure if they changed management or anything but to this day July 2025 we still do NOT have access to the amenities we PAID for. We paid $100 when we signed our first lease and we continue to have 0 access. Today I called the main office and the person I spoke to told us they discontinued key cards over a year ago. That’s weird because just a year ago y’all were telling me you were waiting on maintenance to make them. Anyways, they tell us we can only access the amenities during business hours as we will have to go into the office and ask someone to let us in. This is not fair to my partner and I who not only, again, PAID for these amenities but also work, meaning this establishment is open usually 9-5 which is the hours that many people work. So essentially my partner and I will probably never be able to have access this way. They say they are working on an access app but couldn’t give us any information or update on that. The ONLY reason we renewed our lease here is because it’s a decent rent price and we need that right now. It’s completely unacceptable to treat tenants like this. Either they lied when they told us a year ago that maintenance was working on our key cards ( we were told this multiple times over MONTHS since we went up to the office frequently) or they are just saying that to try and cover their behind.
