The Huntley

This a real review from a tenant that is still currently a resident and can’t wait to October to move! Worse experience ever! If you are looking to move over here, DONT DO IT! The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor peeing, showering closing their doors, I mean everything it’s ridiculous! These are really poorly built apartments. The office staff suck so bad they don’t regulate anything over here. They sit in that office and do absolutely nothing! Cars get broken into all the time and mail is stolen all the time! You would think there was cameras in the mail room and garages but there isn’t! Office staff is so insensitive about your things being stolen doesn’t care at all! All they know is they are not replacing what was stolen. That’s all they had to say to my things being stolen. There was a man that lived here that had a mental illness and he would walk around the complex butt naked! What did the office staff do NOTHING! They do not care about the concerns of the residents! He would also jack off in the clubhouse. Staff knows all this and does absolutely nothing all they said was they were trying to get him out. Like how is that not an immediate reason for him to be gone! There is plenty of kids that live here how is that safe. Amenities are nice but gym equipment always does not work. Clubhouse stays dirty especially the sky lounge! The pool area is the only well kept amenity. No courtesy officer! Can’t keep trash valet workers so we are paying extra for that service for it to not even be avail all the time. The trash parcels are always so nasty and packed with trash. The carpets in the hallways looks absolutely disgusting and needs to be cleaned or better yet replaced! Residents let there dog piss and poop in hallways and elevators! Fire alarms goes off at any time of the morning 2 am 3 am 6 am and there is no fire and they stay on for long periods of time. It has just been horrible living over here and it’s my first apartment experience! Please look elsewhere!

I only toured the property but I can honestly say, it’s the most beautiful complex I’ve ever seen. It’s super clean & what you see online is 100% accurate. It was my very first time touring a complex and it was a great experience. I literally can’t stop thinking about it! The staff was absolutely amazing, I had the pleasure of touring with Jai & she was so kind, she answered every question before I could ask. I’m very much looking forward to making the Huntley my home in the future. If you’re thinking about leasing with them, you won’t regret it ❤️

Shoni was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into The Huntley, she greeted me with, “Welcome home!” and that set the tone for the entire experience. As we toured, I kept asking myself, “Can I really see myself living here?” and every time, the answer was yes. Shoni took the time to truly listen, assess my needs, and provide thoughtful recommendations. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and answered every question with confidence and professionalism. What stood out most was how personable and genuine she was.
