Old management company was amazing and had great communication, however the new owners, "Barclay", are pretty awful so far. You now have to pay a fee to just pay your rent, there is rarely any communication when large problems occur such as the AC going down or the hot water being down for a whole week. If you call the number listed on the website sometimes it'll just beep at you and never go through and if someone does answer, I couldn't even tell I was calling the management company because it was just this guy answering with a confused "Hello?". Rent went up 13%. With the AC and MOLD issues this place has, it's no longer worth what they charge to rent.

It's exciting to see that the new owners and management as of late September are focused on providing top-notch apartment living. They are upgrading units with modern color schemes. Responding to residents' concerns is another priority.

New Owners and New Management are goal oriented and intend to put residents first with first class improvements throughout the property. With attention to detail, upgrades of all units and the prime location of this property, makes this a great place to live.

So glad to see the improvements with the new management company! Issues that had been neglected for months are now being addressed and the manager is super responsive. The improvements are being made throughout the complex and definitely make a difference.

I lived here for 9 months, when I first moved in it was represented by Pilot and was great. When Walker took over everything went down hill. What they used to have 3 different services for now they had 1 maintenance man. He did his best but seriously? There is no follow up or communication. Steven is a joke of a leasing manager. Good luck!
