The Haven at Chisholm Trail

Im only giving 5 stars because of the "new" maintenance man, but other than that, I have seen 3 or 4 different property managers and Ive been staying in these apartments going on 4 years, I cant blame management nor maintenance for my experience living here but whoever owns these apartments can do highly better, the pool is always closed, never opened, paying almost 1300 monthly and not having access too pool, people letting their dog 💩 everywhere and not cleaning up behind them, its really alot I can say but I would have enough space, but cant blame management, its really the owners, apparently they dont give a damn as long as the rent is paid 😐

Pretty poor service! I’ve called 4 days in a row during the week usually 3-4 times each of the days and can’t get anyone to answer the phone, when I do hear from someone they tell me that my application for an apartment is “pending” after almost 2 weeks of no response, and then I’m told that I will get a call back in 30 minutes with a decision only to not hear back at all, I’m just so glad that they manage to take my $60 non refundable application fee and run for the hills, surely annoying trying to move and not getting help from a place charging me to apply, terrible service; please offer refunds 0/5!

I’ve been living here for 4 years. What ever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE. There’s a new company that bought the complex and they are worse than the old one. I had a neighbor whose toilet broke and they charged her $300 for a new one. Another neighbors door broke and they are charging him $1200. At an apartment complex when something breaks, they need to fix it and not charge the renters. For an entire week the WiFi has been going on and off and they don’t send out emails letting us know they are going to turn it off. Some of us work from home and we need it.
